We love Brilliant Starts!! Ms. Nadia and Ms. Margaret always keep us informed and care for our son just like we would. I was very nervous about choosing a day care, but I know now we made the right decision. Every morning he is so excited to see Ms.Nadia, makes drop off easy and me so happy.

I had gotten emergency custody of my children and had to find a school for my disabled daughter. Her mother had put her in below standard facility that was really keeping my daughter from progressing in her health. So not only did I have to find a school but I had to find a school that had an opening, that would cater to the amount of the therapists visits that my daughter requires each week and that I felt would not only help her progress but there would look after her as if she were their own child, but I had to do it in two days. I literally drive from China Grove, TX about a 48 minute drive everyday to get my daughter to this world class institution. I can truly say that I was blessed to find Brilliant Starts Academy and make no mistake it is absolutely an academy and not just a child care facility. Mrs. Trish, Tiffany and every single one of her outstanding staff took care of my daughter as if she were their child. In the past AT ANY OF THE OTHER FACILITIES my ex wife had put my daughter in she would always cry when I would drop her off and almost be crying when I would pick her up. She would usually be dirty and super thirsty and in need of a diaper change. This has NEVER ONCE BEEN THE CASE WITH BRILLIANT STARTS ACADEMY! Not only is my daughter clean, both fed and thirst quenched but is happy everyday that I drop her off and is so very happy when picked up. They’ve gone beyond the call of duty to accommodate all of my daughters therapists who come to see her each week even during a pandemic and any time my ex wife who can be quite unpleasant when dealing with staff they’ve handled every encounter with absolute grace and class. My daughter has excelled tremendously in her therapies in just over a month since starting and I owe much of that to this incredible establishment. If you’re looking for a school with a staff that cares for your kids and not daycare that just watches your children then you want Brilliant Starts Academy. Mrs. Trish and Tiffany and staff my children and I thank you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul for all you’ve done for my daughter this place deserves 10 stars because they are ten times better than any other facility I’ve ever dealt with!

The facility is secure and always clean. Having 3 children of varying ages enrolled allows for interaction with multiple teachers, all of which are wonderful. Communication between not only teachers and parents, but also owners and parents is smooth and timely.

My daughter just started at this location and so far she loves it. They are really sweet and helpful and she’s showing great improvement on her letters. Also, I love the daily updates!

Our kids have been at Brilliant Starts for a year now and love going to "school". They come home repeating things they've learned, which proves this is more than a daycare, but an actual place where they are being educated. We highly recommend Brilliant Starts.

We moved to the area a year ago, only being able to research daycares online before relocating. We relied on a co-worker's recommendation from her own research, visits, and ultimate choice to personally attend BSLA. We have been so pleased with our choice! The teachers truly care for our children, taking just as much pride in their accomplishments as we do! It's a true partnership. We are pleasantly greeted by either Ms. Trish or Ms. Tiffany every morning, and given daily reports of what our children are learning and doing while not in our care. I personally love that the faith-based leadership comes through with meal time prayer in the older classrooms! Thank you so much for all that you do for our children!

My children have been to several daycares, and I have personally worked at several daycares, and Brilliant Starts is by far the best one! 2 of my children currently attend, and I would not change daycares. When I drop them off and pick them up each day, they are doing educational and fun activities and they love being there. The teachers are great at communicating with parents. Miss Trish, the owner, is always professional and genuinely cares about my family and asks about my son with special needs, who is currently in school. Tiffany is also so respectful and caring. It is clear to me the daycare's top priority is the children's safety but also goes above and beyond with an environment that fosters learning. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for the best for their child.

We've been sending our son here since he was 4 months old. They are all very nice and the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful to new parents who are struggling to overcome behavioral challenges. Sometimes we've had minor issues with new teachers but the directors are always very understanding and spend additional time training when needed.
We also appreciate the educational aspect of the day care. It is comforting to know he is learning about letters and colors and shapes. I love when he comes home singing new songs forgot us.
Our son loves going here and has learned so much. We are so happy we chose BSLA.

This is a great daycare! I've been taking my daughter here since she was 4 months old. She's now 19 months and is really learning a lot there. My daughter is now in the Butterfly Room, and I have to say that all of her past teachers, have truly loved Kayden. If I felt that they didn't or did not trust her in their hands-she would not be there. Every teacher and staff member is amazing. They are all very considerate and caring for ALL of the children.

As our last day came to a close it couldn’t be more bitter sweet. Since my baby started we found a home away from home for him. The teachers were all amazing and we will miss them so very much. They treated my son as one of their own and we couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you to all the staff for making leaving our little boy in the hands of very caring people! If we ever need daycare we will be back.

When I was pregnant with my son, my husband and I toured BSLA. We told Trish that we’d think on it and call her back. As soon as my husband and I got into the parking lot, we looked at each other, said ‘YES!’ We knew that it was where we wanted our baby to attend. And then walked right back in to start the enrollment process. The staff truly loved my son, which is all that I could’ve ever asked for. I felt so comfortable while he was in their care.
We’ve since moved from the area and it broke our heart to withdraw him. On his very last day, his teachers even made a ‘we will miss you card’! We compare every daycare that we’ve toured in our new town to BSLA. I wish that we could’ve packed everyone up and took them with us! Thank you BSLA for such a wonderful experience!

As far as child care goes this school has the best care I have seen. My son has been to multiple child care centers and this one for sure held the highest standards for care. I hope one day I can re enroll him there

Now that my oldest has been gone from the center for a year and completed his first year of public school I really have to brag on BSLA! My son started when he was 6 weeks old and was there until the June before he started Kindergarten and our family was so happy to have him there. He had so much fun, loved all his teachers, and learned and grew so much! He was more than ready for kindergarten so he went into a Dual Language class to learn something he didn't know but even that wasn't enough and he jumped to 1st grade in the middle of the year. While this may not be typical of everyone it would not have been possible without the environment provided by BSLA!

I honestly could not imagine a better place to send my baby too for daycare. We are SO blessed to have been able to get a spot for our little one here and i love seeing how much each teacher genuinely loves our baby boy. BSLA is super organized, clean, great at staying on top of daily updates, and makes me feel super comfortable and trusting of them. Everyone is EXTREMELY friendly and genuine. LOVE them!!

My daughter started Brilliant Starts end of January 2020. We had such a bad experience at her other daycare with her behavior & previous teachers really just complaining about her. When she started Brilliant Starts we explained to them she would be tested for autism and the response from the Director literally made me cry. She said they’d work with her and would help educate the teachers on how to help! And to keep her in the loop with what our doctors advised us in ways to help my daughter thrive. And since then, the teachers have been so caring, so helpful in finding ways to help my daughter cope, and she’s been so comfortable there. It’s so nice to know they’ll guide and help her along the way. Definitely would recommend!

Our daughter has been going to BSLA since she was 3 months old, and our son is about to start. We highly recommend this loving and nurturing academy for any child. We love Ms. Trish and the teachers at BSLA. Our daughter loves all the art activities, outside time, and writing in the afterschool program. In addition, the days she is out of public school she looks forward to the fun day they have planned!

My youngest has been going to BSLA for 2.5 years and loves it. Ms. Trish and staff are very responsive and treat the kids as their own.
They’re always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. No job is too big or small for them. As an educator myself, I appreciate knowing my child is in a safe and extremely clean environment.
Children are the most honest, and when my little guy wants to go to school and see his friends and teachers, you know it’s a great sign. I highly recommend BSLA!

We've loved Brilliant Starts for 5 years now for our two boys, so much that our oldest will be there all summer this year. We've experienced a safe and healthy learning environment with teachers and staff that care and who are accommodating. Our boys have learned so much there, reading, writing, math, and fun science, with several special teachers they and we adore, because you can see it when they have that passion for teaching in their heart, to reach out to those little ones.

Brilliant Starts Learning Academy is a wonderful place!!! The teachers care so much for our children! My girls have been here over 4 years and have learned so much! My oldest is now in second grade, she went in to kindergarten reading!! She still to this day love Brilliant starts! She goes in the summer time and loves to pick up her sister so she can see the teachers. My youngest is now 4, and in the pre k program. She is reading sight words already! She loves her teachers as well! I’m Sad that we will soon leave this school as she will be in Kinder next year. If you are looking for caring teachers, teachers that work with parents on their children’s learning, a place that children love to go to even when they are in elementary then this is the place for you! You will love this place!

We have been going to BSLA for a little less than a year now. The staff my daughter has been with she absolutely adores, and sometimes asks whether MS. Frieda / Becca can come over to play on the weekends lol! Every single day, without fail, when I come to pick up my daughter they've mopped and cleaned the room.
I feel like they try to treat the kids as they would their own. Above all, my daughter goes to and comes home happy from her "owl school".
PS.... I am PICKY and I pay attention.

My sweet girl started attending Brilliant starts at 2 months old. Naturally, it was so hard leaving her in the care of someone else but the girls in her classes helped calm my anxiety right away. They showed that they truly cared about her in no time and have been so helpful to answer health questions for this first-time mom. They even let me come in to visit on my lunch breaks, which has been the highlight of my day. I really appreciate the sweet staff at Brilliant starts and recommend sending your children there.

It can be scary knowing you have to put your baby in a daycare. I had visited many daycares in the New Braunfels area. All of them I was like heck no, my child is not going there. Then I found Brilliant Starts Learning Academy. I had this overwhelming great feeling about it just from talking with them over the phone before my tour. BSLA is the cleanest most organized daycare I had visited. The teachers are all amazing. I definitely feel my son is loved and cared for there. BSLA is very spacious, no clutter and chaos. Just conversing with and talking to coworkers acquaintances or strangers, kids and daycare’s always come up in a conversation. I tell them where my son goes, that my son goes to the best daycare in new Braunfels. I feel totally at ease dropping my son off there, I have no worries whatsoever. They have a app to pay and keep you updated dated with your child through out the day. My son is now 3 and has been going there since he was 8 months. I love BSLA so much!! Great, amazing, wonderful, awesome daycare!!

I couldn’t say a single bad thing about BSLA! My child has been enrolled here since 2016 and they have been nothing but wonderful to him/our family. Any time I have had concerns, they’ve been extraordinarily respectful and very responsive to our needs. I have never had to worry about my child’s safety; they are extremely proactive about notifying me immediately, even over the most minor issues, including providing me with a detailed report at pick-up. My child has made tons of friends and they are all so kind to each other because the staff reinforces positive behavior with them. They focus a lot of time and attention on actually teaching children so their time spent there is beneficial and not hours of just random play. They also offer after-school pick-up and are very attentive to the children who come home with homework, which is beyond helpful for us parents who work long/late days! And their tuition rates are very reasonable, especially for how well of a job they do. Nothing other than five stars from this momma for BSLA!!

I love BSLA! I wouldn’t have my daughter anywhere else! I don’t even call it daycare because it really is an academic environment. They teachers have curriculum, and even have “lessons” and “circle time”. As a parent, it is so hard to trust leaving your kids somewhere, but I have so much confidence in the staff and directors. They are super nice, and welcoming to every individual. The center is always clean, and the kids seem very happy 🙂 I look forward to my daughter growing up in this school!

My kids love BSLA! The teachers are amazing and care about my kids. My oldest is a hardheaded child, and the teachers here really know how to work with him. He has learned so much in the time he’s been there. They take safety precautions with Covid and are great at documenting everything (even if it’s my child misbehaving). They make sure nothing goes unsaid! They use an app and I am able to check in on my four year old and one year old throughout the day.
